The following is now operational:
- Payments over the phone.
- Mailed checks will be processed.
- Residents can make online payments on the website, and charges will be posted and updated.
- Club memberships will be updated.
- Checks will be processed for clubs, including resident reimbursements.
- Phones – there are a few phones that are still being repaired
- Wi-Fi
- All email accounts
