Message from The City of Georgetown TDS & Sun City Recycles
Weather permitting: Texas Disposal Systems will be starting Friday, Feb. 19 waste disposal and collection service at noon for Friday customers. They will not be able to complete all routes and will continue Friday routes on Saturday, Feb. 20. All other customers will resume service on their normal day of services next week.
Texas Disposal Systems plan to open the Transfer Station (250 W. L Walden Road, Georgetown, TX 78626) from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20 and Sunday, Feb. 21. Residential customers with a Georgetown utility bill and matching driver’s license may dump 1 cubic yard each of trash and recycling at no charge and 3 cubic yards of brush at no charge. Regular fees apply for additional items over these amounts.
