Hours of operation on Saturday, Feb. 20:
- Amenity Centers: Cowan Creek, Activity Center, and The Retreat: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Social Center: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Family Hospital Systems will be giving 2nd vaccines to people with appointments in the SCB.
- Texas Drive Fitness Center: 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.; 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.; 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Cowan Creek Fitness Center and The Retreat Fitness Center: 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.; 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.; 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The Golf courses' target opening date is Monday, Feb. 22; the time is TBD.
Due to the freezing weather, pipes burst in several facilities. The server, which is the hardware device that accepts and responds to requests made over our network, was damaged.
Our server will be down for several days, and the date it will be up and running is unknown at this time.
The following issues will impact residents until systems are restored:
- Payments cannot be made over the phone.
- Mailed checks will not be processed; they will be held in the safe.
- Residents can make online payments on the website, but charges won't be posted or updated.
- Club memberships will not be updated.
- No checks will be processed for clubs; including resident reimbursements.
- No new room bookings.
- All phones are not working.
- Wi-Fi is not working in the buildings.

Due to the weather and server damage, the March Sun Rays will be late to mailboxes. It will not arrive in mailboxes by March 1. When we have an estimated time of delivery, we will update the community.
