Masks and Social Distancing

As we see COVID-19 rates continue to rise in our area, we want to again appeal to residents to follow these simple, yet effective practices:
  • Wear a face covering over your mouth and nose when you are in public places.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds. This is especially important after you have been in a public place or after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing.
  • Use hand sanitizer when soap and water is not available. Should contain at least 60 percent alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they are dry.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Practice social distancing – put approximately six feet between you and other people.
  • Stay home if you are sick, except to get medical care.
  • Stay out of crowded places when possible.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes. Immediately throw away used tissues, and then wash your hands.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. Including doorknobs, light switches, cell phones, tablets, toilets, sinks etc.

Please carry a mask for those times when you are not able to keep six feet of physical distance between you and people that are not in your household. This is especially important to remember when jogging or walking the hiking trails, golf cart paths, sidewalks and when outside with others in potentially close proximity.

2021 HOA/LMH Dues

The Board approved annual HOA dues for 2021 are $1,225. If you are not on Automatic Bank Drafts, then Annual Dues must be paid by Sunday, Jan. 31, 2021. All payments after that are considered past due. A late fee of 1.25 percent will incur on all past due balances as of Monday, Feb. 1, 2021.

Due to COVID-19 we are asking residents to use one of the below methods to pay your 2021 annual dues. We don’t want residents waiting in long lines at the Social Center.
Pay Online
Click Here to watch a video - scroll down to "ePayments" video. Learn how to find your monthly statements and pay your dues on our website (with the new website design some screens will look slightly different but the steps are the same).
