Everyone welcome!
To conform with the CDC COVID-19 Restrictions:
- You must wear a mask - no mask, no entry.
- Social distancing will be in place at this clinic, unless members of same household.
- Touch-free temperatures will be taken.
- Anyone showing signs of illness, has tested positive or been exposed to someone testing positive for COVID-19 within the past five to seven days will not be admitted.
- Touch-free hand sanitizers will be used at entry and exit.
- Bring your Medicare card, or other insurance card if you are under 65.
- There will be five separate lines for receiving your flu vaccine shot. The number of residents allowed inside the ballroom at one time will be based on current Sun City phase guidelines.
- Residents with a disability or limited mobility will be expedited in a manner to reduce wait time as much as possible.
- High-dose 'Senior' (over age 65) shots and Standard 'Adult' (under age 65) shots will be available.
Flu shots will be given by Walgreens’ pharmacists following current CDC guidelines for COVID-19 prevention.
