Pulte is currently working with the City of Georgetown on-site construction plans for 25.8 acres of raw land located on CR 245 (see below). The property is adjacent to the current Sun City Texas boundary but is separated by Cowan Creek. The property will include 14.8 acres of amenity space and 4.7 acres for potential residential homes. Pulte plans to build 12 pickleball courts within the new amenity space. The amenity space will allow room for future expansion of pickleball and other amenities. Pulte intends to start development as soon as the site construction plans are approved. More information will be provided as we work through the site construction plans with the city.
