On 11/20/2019, the Georgetown Police Department investigated a home invasion robbery (Aggravated Robbery) in the 200 block of Whispering Wind. The victims had items taken from their house at gunpoint after being restrained within their home. The Georgetown Police Department realizes that this crime caused a significant amount of fear not only in the Sun City community but the Georgetown community as a whole.
After a lengthy investigation, enough probable cause was established to secure an arrest warrant for the suspect in this crime. The suspect was identified through the investigation as 53 year old Andra Allen of Austin, Texas. Mr. Allen was arrested on the outstanding warrant on August 31, 2020. Mr. Allen is currently incarcerated in the Williamson County Jail for the offense of Aggravated Robbery and has a bond set at $250,000.00.
