GEORGETOWN SPELLCASTER GHOST TOUR

Join fellow N48er's on a private "haunted happenings" informative historic tour around the Square in downtown Georgetown!  It is a 90-100 minute tour covering about 6 blocks.  The locally owned tour company director Gretchen comes to us from New Orleans where she did tours, so she has great experience!  Founded in 1848, Georgetown has a rich history.  Our current businesses were once on the path of the Chisholm Trail.  You don't need to be a ghost lover to appreciate the multitude of stories our tour guide will tell that give us an accurate look into the past of our great town.  NO stair climbing is required, and there will be spots to sit down during the tour.  You may want to come downtown early to have dinner at Gumbo's, Wildfire, Blue Corn Harvest, 600 Degrees Pizzeria, Barrels & Amps or Roots Bistro, to name a few.  There is free parking on side streets and also a free public parking lot w/no time limits at 297 W 2nd St.

TOUR DATE/TIME:  SATURDAY MARCH 25TH, 6:30 PM  Meet inside Mesquite Creek Outfitters by 6:15 PM.  Address: 704 S Austin Ave.(across from Courthouse). Tour will happen Rain or Shine!

COST: $19.50 per person – that is OUR cost including tax. REGISTER ONLINE below, then bring check made out to Neighborhood 48 (NOT N48 please!) to a box on the porch at 225 CMC.(Nancy Chessman's home, N48 Treasurer) Tips to the tour guide are at your own discretion the night of the tour.
