Vaccines Available
The CDC and the FDA highly recommend people age 65 and older receive one of these two flu vaccines: the FLUAD or the High Dose Flu Vaccine. They will both be available at the Flu Vaccine Clinic. The Standard Dose Flu Vaccine will be available for those under the age of 65.
Insurance & Payment
Medicare and other insurances may pay for the flu vaccine. Bring your Medicare or insurance card to the clinic. All insurance forms will be submitted by Walgreens. If you have a New Medicare Card and a Medicare Advantage Plan Card -- Bring Both. All insurance forms are submitted by Walgreens.
Consent Forms
Look for the vaccine consent forms next to the flu vaccine posters at all monitors desks starting in early September 2022. NOTE: If you are not sure whether or not you should receive this vaccine or which dose, please check with your physician.
* Shots for Pneumonia are not offered at the Flu Vaccine Clinic. That is a vaccine only needed once, not annually, so it is best to have it done at your doctor's office.
