Reservations via the Sun City ticketing system are required to reduce wait time for the booster clinic. Reservation tickets (free) are available online and at the Member Services Office. You can make a reservation for your shot through the
Member Services Office, or online through the Sun City website under TICKETS. The tickets are free. You can reserve a ticket on the 1-hour 'time-block' of your choice. Please list your name and phone number on your ticket for us contact you. Walgreens VAR Consent Forms are available at the Monitors Desks at all three amenity centers: Social Center, Cowan Creek and The Retreat. There will be a designated area at the clinic where residents can receive help filling out the VAR Consent Form.
This information is required for every one who receives a COVID-19 vaccine booster shot:
- Masks required - COVID-19 Vaccine Card - Medicare or other insurance card - Driver's License or other ID card - Completed VAR Consent Form - Reservation ticket for your time slot
