Whether you like to watch the performance and not dance, or if your feet can’t stay still, there will be dance space available. Sammy's Satin Sounds is an elegant swing band dedicated to playing music of the swing era, especially for dancers: Lindy hop, Charleston, Balboa, and Shag. They are a Benny Goodman tribute band, playing the arrangements of the Benny Goodman small groups. Current band members include Sammy Epstein, clarinet; Aaron Lack, vibraphone; Lindsay Greene or Phil Spencer, bass; Rob Ward, drums; Michele Solberg, vocalist; Jamey Cummins or Lindsay Greene, guitar. |
