Outdoor Photography SIG

Community Association

Debra Peak, Co-Coordinator [email protected]

The Outdoor Photography SIG's goal is to encourage members to capture nature in all of its splendor. All aspects of outdoor photography are accepted; landscapes, wildlife, flowers, plants--whatever you enjoy photographing in the great outdoors. If you want to receive emails and notices specific to this SIG, just check the box for Outdoor Photography SIG on the Sun City Community Association's MY MEMBERSHIPS web page.

Samples of some of our favorite images from recent meetings can be seen by clicking on the several Galleries in the left navigation menu (there used to be separate Bird and Nature Photo SIGs, but they've been combined into Outdoor Photography).

At our monthly SIG meetings, a photograph-related entertaining or educational program is usually included along with a "show and tell" of your favorite photos on the announced theme for the month. Themes are listed below. It's not a competition, so don't be afraid to participate!
