This is a drive-thru disposal for no longer wanted medications. To save space, please combine all medications in one plastic zip lock bag if possible.
 
Items ACCEPTED include these: expired or unwanted prescription medications (for humans or pets), unneeded over-the-counter medicines, unknown tablets, capsules and controlled narcotics or stimulants.
 
Items NOT ACCEPTED include these: sharps/needles, thermometers, IV bags, personal care products and medical equipment.

You can check if the drug disposal box at the D B Wood location is full before driving to that location by calling the PSOTC reception desk at 512-930-0420. One of the reception desk volunteers can check if the box is available for use. 

We recommend you calling the locations before heading out with your meds to dispose. Occasionally the boxes are full and they will not be able to accept any more until boxes have been properly emptied by qualified employees. If boxes are full, hold on to your meds until they are emptied.
