CA Board Special Communicator 2019 Election Residents of Sun City Texas are invited to attend the Board of Directors Meeting and the Annual Members Meeting tomorrow, Thursday, May 23. Votes will be finalized at the Members Meeting for the 2019 Elections.   Click Here for more information about how and where to vote. Click Here to vote online.   Ballots are accepted online and at the Social Center Monitors' Desk until 2 p.m. on May 23 or in-person at the Members Meeting until 2:30 p.m. Board of Directors Meeting   Thursday, May 23 1 p.m. • Ballroom   The Board of Directors will meet for their regularly scheduled quarterly meeting at 1 p.m., in the Social Center Ballroom. The agenda and read-ahead materials are available for review on the Board's website. Board of Directors website >>   Meetings on Channel 18 & Online Videos   These meetings will be carried live on Channel 18 for those with Suddenlink, or following the meetings a video will be uploaded to the website under Communications > Videos > CA & Board Meeting Videos. They will also be rerun on Channel 18 each evening at 8 p.m., unless there is a previously scheduled program. Annual Members Meeting   Thursday, May 23 2 p.m. • Ballroom Ballots accepted until 2:30 p.m.   The Annual Members Meeting is when the final ballots for the 2019 Board Election are tabulated and the winners announced. During this meeting, reports will be presented to the membership by Board President Stephen Ashlock, City Councilmen Steve Fought and Mike Triggs, Executive Director Jim Romine, Facilities Maintenance Director David Hahn and Director of Golf Gary Wilson.   Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the new Board will convene to elect officers, elect Audit Committee members and assign signators to our bank accounts.
