New Weekday Help Desk Hours
for GUS Billing System

To assist residents in the process of updating their information on the new Georgetown Utility Systems (GUS) online billing system, Customer Care staff have set up “help desk” hours in Sun City over the next few weeks.

Please have your email address and your bank or credit card information with you in order to set up recurring payments.

Monday - Friday
Aug. 16 through Aug. 31
9 a.m. –  5 p.m.

Weekend Hours:
Saturdays, Aug. 18 & 25
9 – 11 a.m.
