Partial Road Closure - Cool Spring Way

Tuesday, Oct. 31 - Thursday, Nov. 2

Texas Pride, our EARZ Wastewater contractor, will temporarily close Cool Spring Way from Tuesday, Oct. 31 to Thursday, Nov. 2. They're fixing a section of the wastewater line beneath the road using pipe bursting, a minimally invasive method. The northbound lanes are affected by the closure, and the southbound lanes will be configured with one lane designated for northbound traffic and one lane designated for southbound traffic. Work is near Cowan Creek Amenity Center on Cool Spring Way, from Independence Creek Lane to Bee Creek Court. We'll maintain crosswalk access at the Cowan Creek entrance, and golfers can use the right of way down to the club's driveway for safe crossing. All cars will be able to enter both entrances to the Cowan Creek Amenity Center.
