Even if you have been listed in the printed directory in the past, it is critical that each resident log into the website using their own member ID (not their spouse’s) to check and update their profile in the online directory by March 30! Thursday, Feb. 15 8:30 - Club Fair 9:15 - Presentation Ballroom If you are new to Sun City Texas, please join us for the New Resident Orientation. At 8:30 a.m., the Club Fair begins. Enthusiastic members will visit with you and tell you about their chartered clubs. The Community Association staff presentation begins at 9:15 a.m. and ends at 10 a.m. You will have an opportunity to meet the staff, learn how your Association operates, and gather valuable information.

Resident Directors' Open Session

Wednesday, Feb. 14 3 p.m. • Cowan Creek Florence/Georgetown Room The Resident Directors of the Sun City Texas Community Association Board invite you to attend their quarterly Open Session which allows for dialog between you and the resident directors, mainly focusing on matters listed on the February Board workshop agenda.

The new Pickleball courts in the Queen tract have been turned over to the CA and are now available for resident use. The courts will need to be closed at a later date to install the new pavilion which will sit between the four courts.
* Please note that the bathrooms will not be open for another 30-60 days.

Advice to Your Younger Self
|
This spring, commencement speakers across the country will dish out advice to young people about to head out into the world. Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give to your younger self on graduation day?

Black History Month Events The Georgetown Cultural Citizen Memorial Association will host several events at the Georgetown Public Library, 402 W. Eighth St., to help celebrate National Black History Month in February. This year’s theme is African Americans in Times of War.

Table Tennis Club Food Drive Fill the Caring Place Shelves! Saturday, Feb. 17
1 - 3 p.m. • Ballroom Help replenish the shelves at the Caring Place. Bring a non-perishable food item and stay for a friendly game of table tennis, or “ping-pong” as we called it when we were children. Light refreshments will be served.
Please help us fill the shelves for our community!

Golf Cart Parking Guidance
|
When using parking spaces not designated for golf carts, two carts should be parked in the space with the carts staggered. The cart on the left side should be parked forward in the parking space against the concrete wheel stop. The cart on the right should be parked at the rear of the space.
