- The deadline to pay HOA or Landscaped Maintained Homes (LMH) dues is today, Wednesday, Jan. 31, by 4 p.m.
- If you have already paid and/or set up bank drafts for payment, please disregard this email. This is simply a reminder for those who have NOT yet paid their 2018 dues or set up monthly/quarterly payment schedules through the Accounting Department.
If you have not yet paid your 2018 dues, you may pay at the Member Services Office or online today!

Log into the website at www.sctexas.org and click Account Statements > PAY NOW > then sign-in to Jonas ePayment Services. First time users, Click Here for instructions.
Pay in person:
The Member Services Office is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
