Wildlife Committee Town Hall:
Whitetail Deer Management

The Sun City Texas Wildlife Management Committee will host a town hall to discuss procedures used in the Deer Management Program, the recent deer census results and information on the upcoming capture process. Additionally, recommendations for reducing damage to landscape caused by deer and other wildlife will be covered.

Warren Bluntzer, Sun City Texas Wildlife Biologist, will discuss the deer management program. Paul Ohlenbusch, Vegetation Management, will provide a brief history of whitetail deer management in our community. Other information about co-existing with deer in our community will be presented.

Attendees at the meeting are encouraged to ask questions regarding wildlife management issues.
