Your Directory Listing: Is It Correct?

Have you checked your Profile AND Preferences on the Sun City Texas website?

Did your spouse or housemate accidentally check the box to "hide" your household listing?

Are you renting?

Each resident must log into the website using their own Member ID to check and update their profile and preferences in the online directory by 4 p.m. on March 31! We use the information in the online directory to create the resident listings in the printed directory. You can also visit Member Services to make updates to your information.

Please see below for important information regarding your profile and directory listing:

  • If you wish to include a phone number in the resident listings by street address, please enter a phone number in the Home Phone field in your online profile.
  • If your spouse or housemate has selected to “hide” their profile in the printed directory through their Preferences, the entire household will be hidden. Please coordinate with all members of your household.
  • Birthdays, home state, emergency contact information and memberships will not be printed in the directory.
  • Certain fields can only be updated by the Member Services Office (Name, Address, Birthday, Chartered Club Memberships). Contact Member Services to update these fields. 
  • The deadline to update your information is 4 p.m. on March 31.

RENTERS whose lease expires on or before August 31, 2017 will not be printed in the Directory. If you plan to renew your lease and wish to be printed in the Directory, please provide a lease extension confirming your new lease expiration date and $20 processing fee to Member Services by March 31.

HOW DO I LOG IN AND CHECK MY INFORMATION? Each person in a household has his/her own separate profile. Log in to www.sctexas.org using your member ID (XXXXX-XXX) and password. When you arrive on the Resident Home Page click on your Profile and your Preferences in the left navigation to review your information and edit if necessary.
