• 2017 HOA dues and LMH dues are due by 4:00 pm Tuesday, January 31, 2017 if paid in full by check or credit card.
• 2017 Dues received after January 31 will be considered past due and incur a 1.25% monthly late fee.
• HOA dues for 2017 are $ 1,110.
• In January, the Member Services Office will be open regular hours from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
