Subject: Golf Course Closures This Friday Through Sunday & Weather Delay Procedures

Golf Courses Closed this Friday through Sunday Legacy Hills Golf Shop open 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Fri-Sun Due to the forecast of cold weather this weekend, we will be covering the greens at all three golf courses Friday morning and will plan to remove them Sunday afternoon so that we may reopen for normal operations on Monday. Therefore, all three golf courses and driving ranges will be closed all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Legacy Hills Golf Shop will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day for those who may need assistance. ______ CA Weather Delay Procedures In the event that winter weather is forecasted overnight, Sun City Texas Community Association prepares for possible delays the following day. The CA follows Georgetown ISD’s schedule for guidance on weather delays and will post an announcement on the Sun City Texas website (www.sctexas.org) and the Sun City Texas Facebook page by 5:30 a.m. if there is a weather delay. If there is no announcement from the CA, facilities will open at their normal time. Fitness Centers: For the latest updates regarding possible Fitness Center delays or cancellations, you may call the Fitness Center hotline at 512-948-7755. If GISD announces a two-hour delay, Fitness Centers will open at 10 a.m. Golf Courses: Sun City Texas Golf Courses often adjust their schedules according to weather conditions.
