We have secured a great arbor care company for the tree needs in the maintained neighborhoods.

Our budget was made with a three year rotation on tree pruning needs in mind. Many of the canopies are in need of a good pruning to ensure sun light to the turf and to allow photosynthesis for the leaves.

Right now we are concentrating on emergency items:Roofline – street and emergency vehicle clearance is being performed in Nh 14A starting Thursday, 6-16. The arbor care crew has specific addresses on their work order sheet and will be in 14A for 2 days. If you are wondering about the scope of work it is laid out below.

Please note that the team is only working on developer installed trees as per the design guidelines for LMH. If you are blessed with native trees on your lot and you would like a quote from Christopher, you may contact him by phone or email and enter into a private contract if you desire to do so.

* Please be careful around the power equipment and try not to approach the workers while they are operating chainsaws.
