The LMH program has been restructured. You will now have one point of contact which is Catrin Dubois.

All of your emails and phone calls to David and Thomas are being rerouted to Catrin, who will be responding within two working days if not within 24 hrs.

We are implementing a better work order system and improving communications to the LMH residents with weekly updates as needed.

We ask for your patience while we transition and pick up loose ends.

Update for the month of February so far:

• Fertilizer and Pre- Emergent has been applied to all LMH lawns
• Irrigation has been set to one day a week to activate the fertilizer and to keep soil moisture from depleting
• All turf areas have been sprayed for the broad leaf and grassy weeds that are emerging early due to unseasonably warm temps
• You have received door tags informing you of the chemical application - you should notice turf weeds starting to yellow and curl
• Mulch should be completed in the Cottages by end of day today
• Mulch for the Garden neighborhoods to begin week of 2/29/16
• Plant replacements are being double checked for dead and declining plants, turf along with tree trimming needs
