COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution will start on Wednesday, Jan. 20 in the Social Center Ballroom at 2 Texas Dr. Bldg A. The COVID-19 vaccine will be given by Family Hospital Systems. You must have an appointment to receive the vaccine. 

To get an appointment, click the link provided below to get your name on Social Center Ballroom waiting list. This waiting list is specific to the Social Center Ballroom COVID-19 vaccines.

The first 300 people on the waiting list will be contacted by Family Hospital Systems via email today with an appointment time for Wednesday, Jan. 20 and a second email to complete your pre-registration (you will need your driver’s license and insurance information for pre-registration). 

After the 300 slots for Wednesday appointments are full, appointments will be scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Saturday working off the Waiting List and Family Hospital Systems will assign appointments each day for the following day. 

For instance, if you are number 301 on the list then you will be contacted on Wednesday afternoon for your Thursday appointment. First come first serve. You will be contacted by Family Hospital Systems by email or phone. Sun City Texas Community Association does not have the Waiting List or know what number any patient is on the list. The registration is created by and managed by Family Hospital Systems.

Once you receive the screen that has Thank you For Completing Registration for Our COVID-19 Vaccine Waiting List! Then you have completed the registration.
