Dear Residents,

I am pleased to announce the launch of Sun City Texas Community new interactive resident website! We contracted with MembersFirst to develop this exciting new service for our residents. The staff has worked diligently with our project team at MembersFirst over the past year to design and develop a website that captures the true essence of our community, provides easy access and intuitive use by residents, and streamlines and enhances our communication with you about important news, announcements, events, and activities taking place at the community.

We are very excited about this new initiative and encourage you to take a moment to look around the site and get familiar with its many valuable features and functions. The site, with all it has to offer, is available by visiting www.sctexas.org.

Some of the things you can expect to find online at your site include:

• Timely news and announcements about meetings, developments, and activities taking place in the community, your neighborhood and within your chartered clubs.
• A community calendar that will allow you to register for special events and programs that have been developed for your enjoyment
• Your account statements
• The resident directory
• Your chartered club memberships
• The ability to update your profile in order to receive timely information from the CA, your neighborhood and chartered clubs
• Contacts for Community Association personnel
• Important documents
• Digital photo albums from special events, social functions, and programs

To access this special resident service, LOG IN HERE and when prompted, type in your Username and Password. Your username has been set to your resident number (e.g., 12345-100). The first time you enter the site, you will be requested to review and acknowledge the website user agreement. Next you will be directed to your Resident Home page. Once you arrive at your Resident Home page, please change your password by selecting "My Preferences" under the left-hand Resident Home navigation item.

In addition to our secure and private residents-only area, we also have a guest side to the site, complete with information about the community and facilities, an overview of our charter clubs, groups and neighborhoods, and directions. This section of the website informs general site visitors and prospective new residents and highlights the high quality lifestyle experiences available at our fine community.

The launch of this exciting project reflects our belief and commitment to communication as key to developing strong resident relationships and to building a vibrant resident community at Sun City Texas Community Association.
