Residents are invited to visit with City Department representatives beginning at 9 a.m. and receive an update from City Manager David Morgan at 9:30 a.m. Coffee and donuts will be provided and upon entry to the town hall, residents will receive a “stamp card”, offering a chance to win a door prize by visiting with at least nine of the city departments!
