LMH Update

All Landscaped Maintained Homeowners

As a reminder, all decisions regarding the landscaping of your property were given to the Community Association and LMH Program staff through the covenants. The only changes you can make are:

  1. Plant annuals in appropriate beds and
  2. Request certain landscape modifications under the LMH water conservation policy, which are reviewed and approved by the Modifications Committee and the LMH Program staff with you paying all costs. Click Here to read the LMH Water Conservation Policy.

Service Request Forms

The CA is responsible for maintaining your landscaping in accordance with industry standards providing a good visual appeal. If you note any problems with the landscaping, please submit a Service Request Form.

There are three ways to submit a Service Request Form:

  1. To submit an online request Click Here to go to the LMH Committee site. Then click on the orange button on the right titled "Service Request Form." Fill it out then click "Send Request." (Please bookmark this link for future reference.)
  2. You may pick up a Service Request Form at the back of the Library or Click Here to print your own. Please return forms to the Member Services Office.
  3. You may also send an email to [email protected]. Make sure that you put "Service Request" and your address in the subject field.

LMH Committee

The Landscaped Maintained Homes Committee (LMHC) meets on the first Wednesday of each month from 10 a.m. to noon at the Activity Center, Rooms 3 & 4. We provide a period at the beginning and the end of each meeting for resident comments. Over the next month or two, we will send out additional information on plant replacement and removal, tree trimming, and other subjects to keep you informed.
