Monday -Friday:
6:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Saturday:
8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Sunday:
10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Kid's Swim Time
January 1st - March 31st
Indoor Pools Only- 1:00 - 3:00 PM
- The Texas Drive Lap Pool (open area only)
- The Cowan Creek Aerobic Pool (lane 4 and Lane 3 if needed).
- The Northpoint Lap Pool (open area only)
No kids swim at the Retreat during this time.
April 1- April 30th
Outdoor Pools 1:00- 3:00 PM (pools are heated)
May 1st- September 30th
Outdoor Pools 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM
October 1st- December 31st
Indoor Pools Only- 1:00 - 3:00 PM

No kids swim at the Retreat during this time.
Please remember the water weights and kickboards are not swim toys and are
not allowed to be used by kids during kid's swim.

Weekend After-Hours at the Outdoor Pools and Spa
After hours have begun and go on until Sunday, September 29th, our weekend pool afterhours will resume, offering an opportunity for our community to enjoy the pool facilities for longer durations.
During this period, our outdoor pools and spas will remain accessible until 8:30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. To access the pool during afterhours, please utilize the designated side gates located at Texas Drive, Cowan Creek, Northpoint, and The Retreat after the closure of the fitness centers at 5:30 pm.
We kindly request that all personal belongings be removed from the locker rooms by 5:30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays to facilitate maintenance and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Bathroom usage during after-hours:
Texas Drive- Outdoor bathrooms
Cowan Creek- You will enter the locker-room bathrooms from the outside doors only. The building doors will be locked and the doors leading out to the lobby will also be locked.
The Retreat- Outside bathrooms
Northpoint- Outside restroom by the grill.
In the interest of safety and security for both our staff and residents, we urge you to always keep your resident badge readily available. There have been instances of non-residents attempting to access our pools and spas during afterhours. To prevent unauthorized usage, our pool monitors may request to verify your residency status by inspecting your resident badge or requesting your resident number. Please understand that this measure is in place to uphold exclusive access to our amenities for Sun City residents and their guests.
